Two Arrested in Dekalb

The Kemper County Sheriff’s Department has arrested two people in connection with a shooting that occurred in Dekalb this week.

Anterrio Kevonte Madison was shot and later died of his injuries at Deville Apartments on Hwy 39 in Dekalb. .Marcellous Montress Grady is charged with manslaughter by culpable negligence, JaQuarrian LaMarcus T’Shuan Harrington is charged with aggravated assault with a firearm for shooting at Grady.
