Reverend David G. Schultz Set to Retire From Wesley House
Wesley House Community Center, Inc. announces the Retirement of Executive Director, Reverend David G. Schultz and the appointment of new Executive Director, Brandy Rea, LPC-S, BC-TMH.
Reverend David G. Schultz will be retiring from his position of Executive Director effective June 30, 2024. Reverend Schultz has served at the Wesley House since August 2017. During his tenure, Reverend Schultz has enjoyed working with various community agencies and individuals to help continue and grow the longstanding mission and programs of Wesley House. There will be a retirement reception open to the public honoring Reverend Schultz on May 3, 2024, from 2pm to 5pm at the Wesley House Community Center.
Brandy Rea, LPC-S, BC-TMH has been named as the new Executive Director of Wesley House effective July 1, 2024. Brandy has served as the Assistant Executive Director and Clinical Director at Wesley House since June 2016. Brandy is looking forward to continuing the work of Wesley House's mission and programs of Christian Relief, Education, Child Advocacy Center, and Sexual Assault Crisis Center.
Rev. Schultz and Rea have worked alongside one another over the last 7 years focusing on strengthening and growing the reach and impact of Wesley House in the community. Over the last 7 years, Wesley House has reached several milestones and achievements, including opening a satellite office in Philadelphia providing Child Advocacy and Sexual Assault Crisis services.
