A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle last night attempting to cross I-20. The person was alive and moving at the scene and was transported to a local hospital. Over the last few months there has been a uptick of pedestrian's attempting to cross I-20 with heavy traffic. The incident happened near mile marker 153 east bound on I-20.
