Sheriff Joedy Pennington of Newton County tells the Scotty Ray Report that Carlos Roncali has been sentenced to Life Without the Chance of Parole. Roncali was found guilty of capital murder and kidnapping in December of 2022.
In September 2020 he was charged with the kidnapping and murder of Marian Roncali. He was accused of injecting her with drugs and holding her against her will. A circuit judge in Leake county handed down the sentence today.
He deserved the death penalty… happy for Marion’ family.
I'm glad he's going to prison for what he did to his beautiful wife and mother of his children she didn't deserve what happened to her I'm happy for the family of his wife his wife got justice
