Robbery
There were no robberies reported.
Commercial Burglary
At 11:00 AM on September 26, 2024, Meridian Police responded to a commercial burglary in the 2300 block of Highway 19 North. Entry was gained through a door.
Church Burglary
There were no church burglaries reported.
Stolen Vehicles
At 9:21 AM on September 26, 2024, Meridian Police responded to a stolen vehicle in the 200 block of North Frontage Road. The vehicle has been recovered.
At 11:02 AM on September 26, 2024, Meridian Police responded to a stolen vehicle in the 500 block of Azalea Drive. The case is currently under investigation.
Auto Burglary
At 7:18 AM on September 26, 2024, Meridian Police responded to an auto burglary in the 2300 block of Front Street. Entry was gained through a window.
At 8:56 AM on September 26, 2024, Meridian Police responded to an auto burglary in the 2300 block of Front Street. Entry was gained through a window.
At 9:43 AM on September 26, 2024, Meridian Police responded to an auto burglary in the 7100 block of Highway 80 West. Entry was gained through a door.
At 10:03 AM on September 26, 2024, Meridian Police responded to an auto burglary in the 200 block of North Frontage Road. Entry was gained through a door.
Residential Burglary
There were no residential burglaries reported.
Shootings
Meridian Police responded to 3 shots fired calls and when Officers arrived on scene, only 1 showed any evidence found to support the calls.
At 1:55 AM on September 27, 2024, Meridian Police responded to a shooting in the 3200 block of West Lake Drive. One residence was struck by gunfire, the case is currently under investigation.
