Meridian Police Department was requested to respond to 302 calls for service from May 31, 2024 at 6:00 AM to June 3, 2024 at 6:00 AM.

The following were reported to the Meridian Police Department.

Robbery

There were no robberies reported.

Commercial Burglary

At 6:11 AM on June 2, 2024, Meridian Police responded to a commercial burglary in the 2300 block of Highway 39 North. Entry was gained through a door.

Church Burglary

There were no church burglaries reported.

Stolen Vehicles

There were no stolen vehicles reported.

Auto Burglary

At 7:33 AM on May 31, 2024, Meridian Police responded to an auto burglary in the 100 block of Highway 11 & 80. Entry was gained through a door.

At 4:44 PM on June 2, 2024, Meridian Police responded to an auto burglary in the 1100 block of 13th Street. Entry was gained through a door.

At 6:08 PM on June 2, 2024, Meridian Police responded to an auto burglary in the 1300 block of Hamilton Avenue. Entry was gained through a door.

At 3:56 AM on June 3, 2024, Meridian Police responded to an auto burglary in the 1300 block of Willow Bend Drive. Entry was gained through a door.

Residential Burglary

At 1:11 PM on June 1, 2024, Meridian Police responded to a residential burglary in the 100 block of 71st Place. Entry was gained through a window.

At 10:46 PM on June 2, 2024, Meridian Police responded to a residential burglary in the 100 block of 71st Place. Entry was gained through a window.

Shootings

Meridian Police responded to 12 shots fired calls and when Officers arrived on scene, only 2 showed any evidence found to support the calls.

At 6:38 PM on June 2, 2024, Meridian Police responded to a shooting in the 500 block of 49th Avenue. One structure and one vehicle were struck by gunfire, the case is currently under investigation.
