Meridian Police Department was requested to respond to 270 calls for service from April 9, 2024 at 6:00 AM to April 12, 2024 at 6:00 AM.
The following were reported to the Meridian Police Department.
Robbery
There were no robberies reported.
Commercial Burglary
At 9:17 AM on April 10, 2024, Meridian Police responded to a commercial burglary in the 2300 block of Highway 19 North. Entry was gained through a door.
Church Burglary
There were no church burglaries reported.
Stolen Vehicles
There were no stolen vehicles reported.
Auto Burglary
At 9:44 AM on April 10, 2024, Meridian Police responded to an auto burglary in the 200 block of North Frontage Road. Entry was gained through a door.
Residential Burglary
At 5:45 PM on April 10, 2024, Meridian Police responded to a residential burglary in the 500 block of Front Street Extension. Entry was gained through a door.
Shootings
Meridian Police responded to 4 shots fired calls and when Officers arrived on scene, only 1 showed any evidence found to support the calls.
At 8:13 PM on April 10, 2024, Meridian Police responded to a shooting in the 1400 block of 46th Avenue. One residence was struck by gunfire, the case is currently under investigation.
