Meridian Police Department was requested to respond to 449 calls for service from March 15, 2024 at 6:00 AM to March 19, 2024 at 6:00 AM.
The following were reported to the Meridian Police Department.
Robbery
There were no robberies reported.
Commercial Burglary
At 11:13 AM on March 18, 2024, Meridian Police responded to a commercial burglary in the 500 block of 22nd Avenue. Entry was gained through a door.
Church Burglary
There were no church burglaries reported.
Stolen Vehicles
At 8:30 AM on March 16, 2024, Meridian Police responded to a stolen vehicle in the 700 block of 45th Avenue. The vehicle has been recovered.
At 1:58 PM on March 18, 2024, Meridian Police responded to a stolen vehicle in the 1700 block of 2nd Street South. The case is currently under investigation.
Auto Burglary
There were no auto burglaries reported.
Residential Burglary
There were no residential burglaries reported.
Shootings
Meridian Police responded to 14 shots fired calls and when Officers arrived on scene, there wasn’t any evidence found to support the calls.
