Meridian Police Department was requested to respond to 319 calls for service from February 9, 2024 at 6:00 AM to February 12, 2024 at 6:00 AM

The following were reported to the Meridian Police Department.

Robbery

At 11:13 PM on February 10, 2024, Meridian Police responded to an armed robbery in the 4100 block of Royal Road. The victim stated he was assaulted and personal property was taken, the case is currently under investigation.

Commercial Burglary

There were no commercial burglaries reported.

Church Burglary

There were no church burglaries reported.

Stolen Vehicles

There were no stolen vehicles reported.

Auto Burglary

At 8:04 AM on February 9, 2024, Meridian Police responded to an auto burglary in the 3900 block of 25th Avenue. Entry was gained through a door.

Residential Burglary

There were no residential burglaries reported.

Shootings

Meridian Police responded to 15 shots fired calls and when Officers arrived on scene, only 6 showed any evidence found to support the calls.

At 4:19 PM on February 9, 2024, Meridian Police responded to a shooting in the 4600 block of 5th Street. Two individuals, five vehicles, and two structures were struck by gunfire, the case is currently under investigation.

At 10:36 PM on February 9, 2024, Meridian Police responded to a shooting in the 2600 block of North Hills Street. One individual and one structure were struck by gunfire, the case is currently under investigation.

At 8:52 PM on February 10, 2024, Meridian Police responded to a shooting in the 400 block of 39th Avenue. One individual was struck by gunfire, the case is currently under investigation.

At 1:49 PM on February 11, 2024, Meridian Police responded to a shooting in the 3200 block of 36th Street. One residence was struck by gunfire, the case is currently under investigation.

At 8:55 PM on February 11, 2024, Meridian Police responded to a shooting in the 700 block of Front Street Extension. One individual was struck by gunfire, the case is currently under investigation.

At 12:33 AM on February 12, 2024, Meridian Police responded to a shooting in the 4500 block of Highway 39 North. One individual was struck by gunfire, the case is currently under investigation.
