Meridian Police Department was requested to respond to 80 calls for service from December 12, 2024 at 6:00 AM to December 13, 2024 at 6:00 AM.

The following were reported to the Meridian Police Department.

Robbery

There were no robberies reported.

Commercial Burglary

At 9:25 AM on December 12, 2024, Meridian Police responded to a commercial burglary in the 2500 block of North Frontage Road. Entry was gained through a door.

At 9:11 PM on December 12, 2024, Meridian Police responded to a commercial burglary in the 2600 block of Sellers Drive. Entry was gained through a door.

Church Burglary

There were no church burglaries reported.

Stolen Vehicles

There were no stolen vehicles reported.

Auto Burglary

There were no auto burglaries reported.

Residential Burglary

There were no residential burglaries reported.

Shootings

Meridian Police responded to 4 shots fired calls and when Officers arrived on scene, only 2 showed any evidence found to support the calls.

At 1:42 PM on December 12, 2024, Meridian Police responded to a shooting in the 2000 block of 28th Avenue. One vehicle was struck by gunfire, the case is currently under investigation.
