The following were reported to the Meridian Police Department.
Robbery
At 9:18 PM on November 5, 2024, Meridian Police responded to an armed robbery in the 4600 block of 8th Street. The victim stated he was threatened with a gun and cash was taken, the case is currently under investigation.
Commercial Burglary
There were no commercial burglaries reported.
Church Burglary
There were no church burglaries reported.
Stolen Vehicles
There were no stolen vehicles reported
Auto Burglary
At 9:57 AM on November 5, 2024, Meridian Police responded to an auto burglary in the 2300 block of South Frontage Road. Entry was gained through a door.
At 5:25 AM on November 6, 2024, Meridian Police responded to an auto burglary in the 100 block of Highway 11 & 80. Entry was gained through a door.
At 5:34 AM on November 6, 2024, Meridian Police responded to an auto burglary in the 100 block of Highway 11 & 80. Entry was gained through a door.
Residential Burglary
At 10:42 PM on November 5, 2024, Meridian Police responded to a residential burglary in the 2800 block of 43rd Avenue. Entry was gained through a door.
Shootings
Meridian Police responded to 3 shots fired calls and when Officers arrived on scene, only 2 showed any evidence found to support the calls.
At 6:55 PM on November 5, 2024, Meridian Police responded to a shooting in the 3600 block of 8th Street. One structure was struck by gunfire, the case is currently under investigation.
At 10:42 PM on November 5, 2024, Meridian Police responded to a shooting in the 4400 block of Terry Street. One vehicle was struck by gunfire, the case is currently under investigation.
