Lauderdale County Corner Clayton Cobbler has confirmed that the person who was shot in downtown Meridian has died in the operating room.
The shooting happened at Mr Carwash, the corner of 4th street and 25th avenue. It happened a little after noon. The MPD has not released any information about the suspect.
