A Lauderdale County Deputy made a traffic stop on I-20 west bound for a traffic offense. During the course of the stop the deputy discovered approximately three pounds of marijuana. Other Deputies assigned to the East Mississippi Drug Task Force were contacted. One subject has been taken into custody and the investigation is ongoing. We will have more on this investigation tomorrow.
