James Henry Taylor Honored at MS Capitol

A solemn moment at our State’s Capitol Tuesday as Senator Jeff Tate and several other legislators presented a Resolution to honor Army Soldier James Henry Taylor’s family for him paying the ultimate sacrifice in the events leading up to the Vietnam War.
