For the second time within a week Meridian businesses have been burglarized in the early morning hours. Mobile Fix at College Park was struck hard by the thieves as they gained entry through the front door. San Marco's Mexican restaurant was hit by the bandits a little after 2 am. The video of the break in is loaded on https://www.facebook.com/ScottyRayReport page if you have not watched it. And Tractor supply has been the target twice within a week. Burger King on 8th Street would be their last place to hit before daylight.
Last weekends break-ins are very similar to last night's, usually 3 to 4 involved. If you own a business I urge you to check on it often over the weekend. If you get a a notice of alarm, check it out to make sure things are ok.
