Clarke County Sheriff's Department and the Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics seize Meth and Counterfeit Pills.
PRESS RELEASE
On Thursday, March 10, 2022, the Clarke County Sheriff's Office assisted the Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics with a search warrant in Clarke County, Mississippi, that led to the seizure of approximately ten (10) pounds of METHAMPHETAMINE and approximately two thousand five hundred (2,500) suspected counterfeit pills.
As a result of this operation, law enforcement officers arrested Dejuan EALIE, Brandon YATES, and Elias LIMA for multiple charges related to Trafficking of Controlled Substances.
The Clarke County Sheriff's Office, Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics. Mississippi Bureau of Investigation, Mississippi Attorney General's Office, Newton County Sheriff's Office, and the East Mississippi Drug Task Force assisted in the operation.

Brandon YATES, black male, 34 y/o, Conspiracy to Traffic METHAMPHETAMINE (Aggravated), and Trafficking Schedule I Controlled Substance $500,000.00 total bond.
Elias LIMA, Hispanic male, 31 y/o, Conspiracy to Traffic Methamphetamine (Aggravated), and Trafficking Schedule II Controlled Substance, $500,000.00 total bond.
