David was diagnosed with a brain tumor 6 years ago which, fortunately, was benign. However, this year he has been diagnosed with a malignant brain tumor. He along with his wife, Lisa Shelton, have been battling this tumor with strong chemotherapy and radiation. David’s oncologist is in Jackson which means they spend a lot of days traveling back and forth.
